Event Overview

The Australian Public-Sector Commission has been commissioned to develop a a whole-of-government workforce strategy to drive modern workforce practices, inform future capability requirements and help prepare public sector employees for the future. 
 
The 3rd annual Public-Sector Workforce Planning and Organisational Capability conference is a very timely event to examine how to prepare for and plan the future of the workforce as well as how to lead your organisation through changes in the workplace. 
 
The event is bringing together key personnel from federal and state government entities. Covering an extensive range of themes, this conference provides a valuable opportunity for participants to learn about the policies, procedures and management capabilities required to optimise workforce development and meet current and future demands.
 

Workshop Overview

This full day workshop will look at using people data and workforce metrics to assist with mapping out future requirements. Data sources, tools, and different approaches to workforce analytics will be evaluated.
